- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–2 Jahre) in einer vergleichbaren Position im Designbereich idealerweise im Bereich Taschen oder Accessoires
- Hohe Affinität zu Design, Fashion und Trends sowie ein gutes Gespür für Farben, Materialien und Formen
- Kreative, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und Liebe zum Detail
- Begeisterung für Produkte, Materialien und innovative Designlösungen
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365 und der Adobe Creative Suite
- Kenntnisse in CLO 3D sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
